Providing safe, end-to-end substation construction services

The final earthwork and landscaping tasks are completed and the substation is inspected to ensure safety standards are met.

Step 9: Landscaping and final inspection

All the electrical equipment needed is installed. This equipment includes breakers, switches, transformers, surge arresters and more.

Step 8: Installation of the electrical equipment

Once the foundations have been laid and the concrete is set, the steel support structures are assembled on the project site.

Step 7: Assembly of the steel structures

Material such as sand and gravel are used as backfilling material for the substation.

Step 6: Backfill the substation foundations and the substation yard

The major buildings of the substation are constructed.

Step 5: Construction of buildings

To ensure the safety of the substation when it is completed, a grounding grid is installed.

Step 4: Installation of the grounding grid

Excavation of the site begins. Concrete foundations are poured.

Step 3: Excavation and laying of foundations

We cut down and clear the project site of trees and other obstacles. The ground will be levelled and the earthwork process can begin.

Step 2: Site preparation

We will ensure that the project site is fenced off and that safe access points to the site are introduced before any construction work begins.
